Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This is a hybrid position with one required in-person visit per month, enabling most work to be done remotely.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful clinical progress, with ongoing support from a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
