Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families with a hybrid work model, including one in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress in Nebraska.

Licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain is required; compensation is up to $90/hour with negotiable rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure as a behavior analyst in Nebraska or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with remote coordination and monthly in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
