Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families, primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month in Nebraska. The position offers a hybrid schedule with compensation up to $90 per hour.

Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, and collaboration with caregivers to advance clinical progress. Nebraska licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
