Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one mandatory in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with caregivers for meaningful clinical progress. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, collaboration with clinical directors, and access to a Support Manager.

Qualifications

• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for goals.
