Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Nebraska licensure eligibility required or pursued.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmentally delayed individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
