BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month. You will assess behavior, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA, are eligible for Nebraska licensure (or willing to obtain), and have a Master’s in a related field with experience in ABA for autism/developmental

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
