Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Passion for working with pediatric patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other specialists.
