Job summary

Kids First is seeking a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Georgia expansion, supervising a team of Behavior Technicians and delivering in-home ABA services to children ages 3–21.

You will conduct remote and in-person assessments, create treatment plans, monitor progress, collaborate with families and professionals, supervise staff, and ensure timely notes and billing. Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles and be able to travel to Savannah monthly.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and master’s degree required.
• Experience in case management and telehealth services preferred.
• Central Reach ABA software experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Monthly travel to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children 3–21 years old.
• Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop treatment plans and monitor progress with supervision.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans.
• Supervise a team through virtual or in-person meetings, provide feedback and professional development.
• Sign off on timesheets weekly and manage 10–13 cases depending on service hours.
• Convert notes within 48 hours and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Stay informed on BACB guidelines and ABA research; participate in meetings/case conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.
