Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.
• Ability to work in hybrid Philadelphia location.

Responsibilities

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs.
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness.
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles.
• Assessment of client progress over time.
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia.
