Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess behavioral needs, design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise team members in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data, and adjust interventions based on progress. Benefits include sign-on bonus, health and dental insurance, vision, paid time off, and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA.
• Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
