Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position. The BCBA will assess clients, design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, review progress, and adjust interventions based on data. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervisees.
