Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with a hybrid work model, including in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties. The role supports children and families and offers strong clinical support and career growth.

Opportunities for either full-time or part-time engagement are available, with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and pathways for licensure expansion through the LBA program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
