Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid position combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties. Both full-time and part-time options are available with strong clinical support.

You will conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals. NC licensure eligibility is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• NC licensure eligibility or active NC licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

NC licensure eligibility (or current licensure)
