Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid role. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and train caregivers while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and NC licensure eligibility.
• Experience delivering ABA services to autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong clinical supervision and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting ethics and clinical standards.
