Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties, with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, tracking progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligible or current NC licensure required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA services for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical/clinical compliance.
