Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical work. You will develop ABA plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to reach treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for NC licensure or currently licensed.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
