Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking experienced BCBAs in Maryland to lead clinical services and supervise paraprofessionals. You will be responsible for client assessments, program supervision, and training families and staff in ABA methodologies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required/MD licensure (LBA) preferred.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and professional independence.
• Experience training and supervising 1:1 ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and monitor ABA program effectiveness.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as needed.
• Train parents and caregivers on ABA strategies and procedures.
• Direct supervision of paraprofessionals and coordinatation with clinical directors.
