Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across the state in a hybrid setting. The role includes in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties, with flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement.

You will conduct assessments, supervise technicians, track progress, and collaborate with families and teams to meet treatment goals. Strong clinical support and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards are met
