Job summary

Connect n Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fayetteville, NC for a true hybrid role. At least 50% in-person services are required, with remaining time eligible for remote work.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time options, a sign-on bonus, and up to $12,000 in additional bonus opportunities. Current BCBA certification or scheduled exam, and NC licensure or eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA-certified or scheduled for BCBA exam.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC BCBA licensure or eligibility; licensure costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person BCBA services at least 50% of the time.
• Deliver client-centered ABA interventions and data collection/analysis.
• Collaborate with BT/RBT team and clinical supervisor.
• Participate in clinical mentorship and ongoing professional development.
