Connect n Care ABA seeks a BCBA for a Fayetteville, NC hybrid role combining in-person clinical work with remote flexibility. The position emphasizes a low caseload, meaningful clinical work, and the option of flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

A sign-on bonus and up to $12,000 in bonus opportunities are available. Requirements include a BCBA certification (or exam scheduled), a master's degree in ABA or related field, and NC BCBA licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification or scheduled BCBA exam is required/encouraged.
• NC BCBA licensure or eligibility (licensure costs covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide ≥50% of services in person in Fayetteville, NC.
• Deliver clinical decision-making, treatment planning and data analysis.
• Receive clinical mentorship and support to develop skills.
