Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role that can be part-time or full-time. You will lead an exclusive caseload, supervise RBTs in schools, and guide families via telehealth while designing individualized treatment plans to deliver high‑quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years ABA experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication with families/schools.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for 7–10 clients.
• School-based supervision in person with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth for families.
• Design individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state laws.
• Grow with the organization by building relationships with schools and communities.
