Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across North Carolina. The role is hybrid and combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The candidate should be eligible for NC licensure and hold a Master's in a related field; experience with autism/ developmental disabilities is preferred. The position offers flexible FT/PT options, strong clinical support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education
