Symphony ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals, especially children, with developmental disabilities. This hybrid position requires Virginia LBA and BCBA certification, with experience in data collection, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or special needs helpful.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and HIPAA.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis for interventions.

Responsibilities
