You will mentor BTs and Program Supervisors, deliver parent training, and uphold high clinical quality while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental needs.
• Able to use iPad and data collection tools.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
