Job summary

Accel Therapies is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead functional assessments and oversee data-driven treatment plans in a collaborative center-based ABA program. The role emphasizes mentorship, supervision, and delivering parent training to ensure high clinical quality.

You will work in a hybrid setting with some in-person care and two remote days weekly, supporting a team focused on growth, research collaborations, and client outcomes. Master’s + BCBA are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfort with iPad and electronic data collection and scheduling platforms.
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency.
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development.
