Qualifications

• Active and unexpired BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfortable in a technology-driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
