Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking a dedicated BCBA for a full/part-time hybrid position in Longview, Texas. The role involves delivering ABA services in clinic, home, and school settings, and leading data-driven treatment plans for clients with autism and related developmental differences.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification, plus experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with families and teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) is required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and analyzing data-driven outcomes.
• Positive team player with energetic professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good judgment and creative thinking; experience supervising/coaching RBTs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems; basic computer skills.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care; pediatric autism experience preferred.

Responsibilities
