Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a Georgia-based BCBA for a hybrid clinical assessor role in the greater Atlanta area. The position involves conducting initial assessments, creating treatment plans, and supervising ABA technicians while delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism and related disorders.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate and eligibility to practice as a BCBA in Georgia.
• Experience conducting intake evaluations and functional behavioral assessments.
• Ability to supervise ABA technicians and design treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care tailored to each client.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Train and supervise ABA technicians in implementing plans.
• Provide family consultation to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data and summarize progress for ongoing care.
