Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Virginia-based BCBA for a hybrid clinical assessor role. The position focuses on initial assessments, treatment planning, and supervising ABA staff, with some remote work and some in-person in the greater Atlanta area. A strong BCBA background and experience with ASD are required.

Qualifikationen

• Valid BCBA certificate or eligibility
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred
• Driver's license and vehicle for travel between assignments

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of behavior support plans
• Provide family guidance to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data and adjust strategies to show progress and prepare progress summaries
