Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155.
• Develop, monitor, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct clinical supervision and ongoing treatment review.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Coach, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support progress beyond the clinic.
• Complete treatment planning, documentation, data review, and timely communication.
• Partner with clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain ethical, compliant service delivery per BACB and payer requirements.

Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

As a Hybrid BCBA with Autism 360, you’ll provide clinical leadership while helping learners, families, and team members thrive.

You’ll:

• Provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155
