Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy. The role emphasizes neuro-affirming, assent-based and trauma-informed care.

Expect realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, and collaborative sessions with SLP-BCBAs. We offer ACE provider access to CEUs, a quarterly bonus program, and strong RBT training in a center designed for naturalistic teaching.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
