Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center in Massachusetts seeks a BCBA Supervisor to join Team ABC in a hybrid role with both full-time and part-time options. You will supervise clinicians, oversee behavior support plans, and collaborate with families to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

You will lead data-driven treatment, mentor technicians and case managers, and work under a Clinical Director within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensed (LABA) or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience collaborating with parents/families.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for referred clients.
• Develop, implement, and revise behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers.
• Monitor client progress via data analysis and assessments.
• Complete documentation per insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers using assent-based ABA.
