Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support children with ABA and Pivotal Response Treatment. You will implement treatment plans, guide RBTs, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

This role offers in-person and remote scheduling, travel stipends for out-of-area applicants, ongoing professional development, and growth opportunities within a compassionate, values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to work in-person and remote.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance for in-person services.
• Availability for afternoon and/or evening hours preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to RBTs.
• Assist with training and performance feedback for direct care staff.
• Collect and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and caregiver collaboration.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and clear communication with families.
