Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to nearby branches.
• Able to learn and use banking software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Balance cash drawers and perform teller transactions and other routine servicing tasks.
• Collaborate with branch partners to refer customers to specialists.
