ManpowerGroup's client in Corporate Banking and Markets is seeking a Lead Communication Surveillance Analyst (Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent) to join their team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead communications surveillance, oversee monitoring, review, and escalation of conduct and market risk indicators.

You will evaluate complex voice and electronic communications, determine next steps, and produce concise escalation rationales and management-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications surveillance, compliance, risk management, or related field.
• Ability to articulate AI exposure and apply AI-related tools responsibly.
• License in Market Risk.
• Excellent written communication for concise case documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.

Pay Range:$65-$69/hr

What's the Job?

• Serve as a lead for communications surveillance in Corporate Banking and Markets, supporting monitoring, review, and escalation of potential conduct and market risk indicators.
• Evaluate complex voice and electronic communications to identify risk indicators, determine appropriate next steps, and make well-supported escalation decisions.
• Maintain high-quality case documentation, including concise summaries, escalation rationales, and management-ready reporting.
• Apply financial services risk and control concepts to communication reviews, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Support governance and continuous improvement by contributing to trend analysis, key risk/performance indicators, and surveillance effectiveness insights.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in communications surveillance, compliance, risk management, control management, investigations, trade or electronic communications monitoring, Corporate Banking, Markets, or a related discipline.
• Ability to articulate AI exposure and how you apply AI-related tools or insights responsibly in surveillance and review workflows.
• License in Market Risk.
• Excellent written communication skills for concise case documentation, escalation summaries, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
