Illumia is seeking a Manager, Banking Compliance and Analysis to drive daily compliance across Banking Operations, client onboarding, and regulatory change management. You will partner with Legal, BSA, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and risk governance while supporting audit readiness and policy maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compliance experience, with at least 2 years in banking operations; OR 5 years in banking with 2 years in compliance.
• Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC), client underwriting, and onboarding due diligence.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and banking compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for compliance analysis and reporting.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled tools to strengthen compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily compliance monitoring and testing for Banking Operations and school-related disbursements.
• Lead regulatory change management, translating regulations into updated policies and practices.
• Create, modify, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Support audit and examination preparation and corrective action with stakeholders.
• Lead Client Onboarding and Underwriting due diligence (KYC) reviews.
• Prepare materials for Compliance Committee meetings and report on metrics.
