Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Navigate sensitive customer and regulatory interactions with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing project risks and driving issue resolution.
• Proficiency creating executive presentations, project documentation, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee backup power solution projects serving critical facilities and community resource centers.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities and installation oversight efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, invoices, and project deliverables.
• Track project requirements, milestones, risks, and issue resolution activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze regulatory impacts and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Prepare business cases and recommendations to support program initiatives.
• Develop budget forecasts and perform ongoing financial analysis.
• Support regulatory and governmental reporting activities as required.
• Deliver project updates, presentations, and status reports to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
