Method Communications, a global PR and marketing partner for challenger brands, is seeking an Account Supervisor in San Francisco. The role is hybrid (2x/week in office) and leads day-to-day client accounts, guiding PR and integrated marketing programs while mentoring a team.

You will collaborate with leadership on client strategy and ensure top-quality delivery across media relations and campaigns. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in public relations or related fields, with established media

Qualifications

• Typical 4–8 years’ experience in public relations, communications, marketing or related fields.
• Established relationships with media, including journalists, analysts and other influencers.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute integrated communications programs aligned with client goals.
• Strong editing and writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Leadership Team and contribute to decision-making affecting the agency and client service.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance team; provide feedback and ensure career development goals.
• Mentor designated direct reports and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Provide strategic guidance on PR and integrated marketing programs for clients.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality work and ensure alignment with client strategy.
• Develop strong media relationships to secure coverage across business and tech outlets.
• Help expand client scope and support new business pitches.
