System One, Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS Python Developer to support modernization of cloud-based applications in a large financial services environment.

The role combines onsite and remote work in Lafayette, LA and other client sites, with a true hybrid model. You will lead hands-on development across AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift, S3, etc.), write Python and SQL, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply SDLC/Agile practices to deliver scalable data solutions while accelerating

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience with multiple services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and modernization of cloud-based applications and data solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable AWS solutions.
• Develop and enhance cloud-based applications throughout the SDLC.
• Utilize Python, SQL, AWS services to build robust solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques and test automation to improve speed and quality.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle to support data needs.
• Participate in Agile practices, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to follow standards.
