Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Manager, Awards and Rankings to elevate the firm's profile through strategic nominations and industry surveys.

You will lead award submissions, manage an editorial calendar, and advise senior leadership on opportunities, while coordinating responses with practice groups and BD teams across offices. This hybrid role may require travel for trainings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing or a related field.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage high-profile, deadline-driven projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Significant experience in the legal or professional services industry strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience writing and editing for external audiences, with a proven ability to produce compelling, polished and accurate copy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional command of English grammar, usage and style.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency where appropriate.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead nominations for awards and rankings and raise the firm's profile.
• Oversee surveys, industry-specific and regional participation, and responses.
• Advise firm leadership on opportunities and participation in directories and surveys.
• Interview lawyers to identify narratives that strengthen submissions.
• Manage an awards-focused editorial calendar across publications.
• Lead employee engagement survey strategy and present insights to leadership.
• Prepare lawyers for key interviews with researchers and editors.
• Support publicity for directories and award recognition across media.
• Manage submission strategy and deadlines with BD leadership.
• Contribute to broader marketing and communications initiatives.
