Job summary

CA Bureau of Automotive Repair in Riverside, CA seeks a Field Operations & Enforcement Division Specialist to supervise quality control, investigations, complaint resolution, and disciplinary actions, while training and guiding the field office staff.

The role requires collaboration, strong communications, analytical decision-making, and the ability to work 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with up to 40 hours weekly and about half time in the field.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to operate automotive repair tools, purchase parts, keep inventory records and reconcile reports.
• Ability to work cooperatively, maintain attendance, meet deadlines and act professionally.
• Ability to analyze information and make timely decisions.
• Ability to ask effective questions, evaluate information, apply guidelines, and decide accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in using computers to complete daily tasks.
• Positive attitude and highly motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
