Job summary

Baxter Shared Services in Omaha, NE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build partnerships with local schools and organizations to support sourcing for automotive retail and technician roles.

In this role you will collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators, travel regionally for events, and provide subject-matter support to enhance local sourcing across our Baxter stores. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store operations, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned store locations located in Nebraska.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with local community organizations, high schools, colleges, and technical schools to support sourcing for automotive retail and technician roles.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to participate in recruiting events internally and externally.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and support for specialized role sourcing (e.g., automotive technicians).
• Travel locally and/or regionally to attend events or store visits in assigned area(s).
• Support stores on full cycle recruiting when needed.
