Job summary

Baxter Auto Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build partnerships with local schools and community organizations to support sourcing for automotive retail and technician roles. You will coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to participate in events and provide SME support for specialized sourcing needs.

Travel regionally as needed, collaborate with GMs and store leaders, and help establish a group-wide talent community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store operations, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned store locations located in Nebraska.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with local community organizations, high schools, colleges, and technical schools to support sourcing for automotive retail and technician roles.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to participate in recruiting events.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and support for specialized role sourcing (e.g., automotive technicians).
• Establish constant technician sourcing pipeline through intern sponsorship programs.
