Job summary

Baxter Shared Services in Omaha seeks a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with local schools and organizations to support sourcing for automotive retail roles.

You will travel regionally, support stores on full lifecycle recruiting, and collaborate with HR and store leaders to build a strong talent pipeline. Competitive pay and a hybrid schedule are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store operations, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned store locations located in Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with local community organizations, high schools, colleges, and technical schools to support sourcing for all automotive retail and technician roles.
• Coordinate with local Recruiting Coordinators to participate in sourcing events internally, externally, and with partner organizations.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and support for specialized role sourcing (e.g., automotive technicians).
• Establish technician sourcing pipelines through internship sponsorship programs.
• Build partnerships with internal partners including General Managers and Store Leaders.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to communicate with a group-wide talent community.
• Travel locally and regionally to attend events or store visits.
• Provide support to stores on full cycle recruiting when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
