Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Boulder, CO is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This Hybrid Role combines customer service with entry‑level vehicle service and exposure to store operations, offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales, and issue resolution - 75%.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks, including oil changes, tires, and fluids - 25%.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
