Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Nashville, TN. This hybrid role blends customer service, sales and basic vehicle services, focusing on assessing needs and delivering timely results.

You will learn store operations, interact with customers and pursue growth through on-the-job training, ASE certifications and advancement within Bridgestone’s network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid automobile driver's license required.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training/certification is a plus.
• Previous consumer retail sales experience is a plus.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus.
• Previous management/supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role combining customer service, sales and issue resolution.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires and fluids.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays.
• Growth and career development opportunities.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty when needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and balance front/back shop tasks.
