The roles include Financial Services Audit Senior and Financial Services Audit Manager, offering a hybrid opportunity in Chicago with a base salary of $110,000 – $160,000 plus bonus depending on experience, level, and qualifications. Qualifications

• 2+ years public accounting audit experience for Senior roles.
• 5+ years public accounting audit experience for Manager roles.
• Experience auditing Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, REITs, Funds, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Experience managing audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit methodology, financial reporting, and client service best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Chicago.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred for Manager-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform or oversee audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Work with engagement teams, clients, managers, senior managers, and partners to manage timelines and audit execution.
• Review financial statements, workpapers, audit testing, and conclusions for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify accounting and audit issues and provide recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.
• Support engagement planning, budgeting, workflow management, and deadlines.
• For Manager-level, supervise, mentor, and develop staff while managing client relationships and engagement economics.
