Job summary

Clark Nuber PS is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements from planning through completion, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and staff. You’ll mentor professionals, apply GAAP and auditing standards, and help grow the practice while delivering high-quality work.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office. You’ll manage multiple client relationships, supervise staff, and drive business development, including proposals and networking for new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field; CPA or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible assignments in public accounting, managing people and projects.
• Background check including a credit check is required to remain eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements from planning through completion, delegating tasks and communicating with clients and staff.
• Lead and develop staff, provide technical guidance on GAAP and auditing standards.
• Manage client relationships, ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.
• Participate in practice development, client proposals, networking, and referrals.
