Clark Nuber PS is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements from planning through completion, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and staff. You’ll mentor professionals, apply GAAP and auditing standards, and help grow the practice while delivering high-quality work.
The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office. You’ll manage multiple client relationships, supervise staff, and drive business development, including proposals and networking for new opportunities.

As an Audit Manager, you'll oversee audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements from planning through completion, serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and team members. You'll manage multiple client relationships, lead and develop staff, provide technical guidance on GAAP and auditing standards, and ensure engagements are delivered on time and at the highest level of quality. Success in this role comes from strong project management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage audits for privately held companies while learning and applying Clark Nuber's audit methodology and processes.
This role is offered as a hybrid schedule, reporting to the office 2‑3 days a week.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field or a combination of education and directly related work experience. CPA or equivalent.
5+ years’ progressively more responsible assignments in public accounting specifically managing people and projects in auditing and compliance. Demonstrated successful experience as a supervisor. You must pass a background check, including a credit check, at any time to remain eligible for this position.
$119,000 minimum to $164,657 maximum salary range USD
