BNSF Railway is seeking a skilled audit professional for the Corporate Audit Services group in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role focuses on risk assessment, internal controls, and independent assurance across operations, finance, and technology areas.

You will engage with leadership, manage audits, and guide staff development while supporting a culture of ethics and excellence in governance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of audit or finance experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicates audit findings and impacts clearly to leadership across the organization.
• Consults with leadership on internal control issues related to business processes or systems changes.
• Manages and executes regulatory audits across multiple business areas.
• Oversees issue tracking with the business to ensure remediation.
• Leads internal audit activities adhering to IIA standards.
• Identifies key business risks and evaluates processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participates in annual audit planning and recommends adjustments as needed.
• Mentors and develops audit staff for leadership roles.
• Manages multiple projects, allocating resources and resolving conflicts.
